Digital Optimisation Manager

• Lead and develop testing of site performance and thorough evaluation of any changes, using A/B testing tools as appropriate.
• Assist in defining the ‘Conversion rate optimisation’ strategy for the business
• Monitor site conversion rates on a daily basis; making recommendations for improvements.
• Act as the owner and champion for conversion data and tracking (including e.g. GA Tracking events etc.); driving the implementation of analytics and tag management products across multiple platforms.
• Designing our tracking strategy and working with the Product and Development teams to ensure conversion tracking is considered as an integral part of all development activity.

You will have ….

• Experience of Web Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and Google Tag Manager
• Excellent, industry-leading conversion rate optimisation skills.
• Experience of A/B and MVT tools (e.g. Maxymiser, Optimisely, Sitespec or similar)
