Account Executive

Even though this Enterprise HR Tech platform was founded in 2014 they’ve raised a total of $1.5mil on funding so far. This company is very quickly becoming the leading Progressive Performance Management/ Mentoring software in the space; and was recently named as a Top 10 HR Tech platform. They’ve also made a name for themselves with some massive names across the globe (Google, Microsoft and Oracle to name a few).

They’re looking for an Account Executive to help expand their growing business across Europe, working with existing Enterprise accounts. **please note that this role does require some new business experience as the role is 20% new business**

Day-to-day:

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and new accounts at all levels, including senior leadership and C-suite, to assess needs and effectively link product value, features/benefits to those needs
• Grow European footprint by identifying referral opportunities
• Builds a cadence of regular touchpoints and QBRs with key accounts
• Develops and maintains detailed product and marketplace understanding to help customers make well informed buying decisions
• Consistently exceeds targets and closes add on deals of significant complexity while setting stage for additional product sales

What they want from you:

• A minimum of 3+ years of sales and/or account management experience desirable, preferably in the HR/ HCM space, Software, or Software-as-a-Service industry
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple accounts and issues simultaneously
• Computer literate; proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to travel 10-25%
• Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment that is going through high growth
• Effective at developing and maintaining client relationships at senior management (C- Suite) levels within Enterprise sized companies
