Account Manager

They are now a global business with offices in the UK, the USA and Australia. They provide the technology that unlocks the value of accounting data and enables the bookkeeping process. They use a unique AI and automation technology which is used by over 5000 account and bookkeeping firms.

The Role:

They are looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to their ever-growing team.

• You will be the cornerstone for the ongoing customer relationships
• You will partner with their customers to assist with growing their business
• Building relationships with new customers
• You will be required to introduce the premium products and assess the need and scale for each business
• You will manage the implementation of the premium products

Your Profile:

• You have experience/are comfortable with being on the phone with anyone – ideally having worked in a phone-based role
• You are comfortable with managing relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners
• You are consultative, process driven and persistent
