We are working with an ambitious, growing Digital Agency specialising in the Online Gaming Industry who are in need of an Account Manager to work with their impressive portfolio of heavy-weight clients. Based in Central London, you’ll join a tight knit team known within the sector for innovation and impressive delivery. Great opportunity to work closely and learn from the company’s co-founder and CEO as well as working with well-known brands and businesses.

Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers – taking responsibility for establishing and cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities to grow revenue as well as the day to day point of contact. Other responsibilities will include;

• Preparing proposal / pitch presentations to clients and prospective clients
• Fully understanding your client’s business and specific project objectives, working closely with both the internal development and design teams to ensure delivery is in line with you client’s requirements
• Overseeing projects from inception to delivery, acting as the main point of contact for your clients
• Identify, propose, upsell and implement new projects and campaigns to meet and exceed client expectations
• Ensure a detailed understanding of the agency’s tools and offering at all times – as well as keeping up to date with the agency’s and customer’s competitor activities
• Critically evaluate projects post-delivery and make recommendations on how processes can be improved

Person Specification:

• Minimum of 2 years in an agency role with client services, planning or project management team within the digital design or marketing sector
• Experience within a betting and gaming environment would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as aptitude for fostering commercial relationships and ability to identify opportunities for growth
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Good understanding and interest in digital design and development process (UX scoping, project management, user testing, research)
• Someone who wants to work in a dynamic, start-up environment and really help grow a business
