Account Manager DACH – IoT, Embedded Solutions
Germany

Salt are currently representing an established M2M & IoT Technology business as they seek a senior-level Account Manager to join their EMEA team, focusing on the DACH region. This role will be based in Germany, with a preference for Munich but with flexibility of home-office, and will be dedicated to introducing their Embedded Systems portfolio to a mixture of new and existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sales strategy for identifying opportunities within both new and existing customer accounts in the DACH region, introducing the business’s portfolio of embedded & RF products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues globally to establish opportunities for driving revenue and creating additional value-add for customers.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions, with the support of the Technical Sales team, to suit the specific requirements and taking a highly consultative sales approach.

Requirements

  • Proven Account Management expertise from a hardware sales environment, preferably with existing knowledge of embedded systems and board-level RF products or background in IoT/M2M.
  • Stakeholder management experience, in addition to strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in German & English languages are a must.

Salary: €110K – €135K OTE (60/40) + car, benefits
Location: Germany – flexible home-office, preference for Munich but could be Cologne, Frankfurt, Berlin, Stuttgart etc.
