Due to their ongoing success and ever growing customer base, a unique online learning company has an opportunity for an Account Manager to join the team in their Central London office.

Having doubled in size for the last three years consecutively, this business is going from strength to strength with their unique product and shows no sign on slowing down!

As a subscription service product, they need a commercially minded, relationship driven Account Manager to work closely with their portfolio of customers to drive end user adoption, manage customer success and identify opportunities for expansion.
With a mixed customer base of digital agencies, leading brands and large, international blue chip organisations – no two days will be the same!

For this role, the successful Account Manager will need;

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an Account Manager position, ideally dealing with brands, agencies and companies in the media industry.
  • A demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding targets through up-selling, cross selling and international expansion
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the confidence to lead product demonstrations in a wide variety of businesses, dealing with decision makers and end users alike
  • The ability to identify and cultivate strategic relationships within customer accounts, as well as the ability to understand, define and communicate customer requirements, skills gaps and short term & long term strategies to address.
  • A creative approach to problem solving within assigned customer accounts – delivering new ideas and opportunities for growth
