Customer Success Manager (advertising) – Social Customer Experience SaaS – London

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (advertising), to work within their existing social advertising team, acting as a bridge between large enterprise clients and enterprise agencies. You will be focusing on delivering value, establishing relationships, guaranteeing retention and driving adoption through their paid social offering.

The Customer Success Manager (advertising) will ensure that every client derives the most value possible from the platform, whilst building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders resulting in client retention.

  • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.
  • Identify and facilitate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability.
  • Communicate customer needs and priorities to business development teams to help ensure product meets customer expectations.

The Candidate

The successful Customer Success Manager (advertising) will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in customer-facing organizations preferably a MarTech SaaS vendor or Social Media solution.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Experience in Social Media and understanding of digital marketing is essential.
  • Potentially a previous ‘Social Media Marketing Manager’ at a large brand or agency.
  • Must have worked on paid social or social advertising campaigns.
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexible during times of change.
  • Team player able to effectively interact with colleagues and business partners across the company.
