Every day, each employee works with brands to:

  • Measure and evaluate the success of their shopper media activity; all through the application of their innovative and pioneering tool
  • Facilitate the efficient purchase and management of shopper media channels, buying in scale (£1.5-2m a month) to unlock added value and seamless processes for their clients
  • Work with brands to up-skill shopper teams on broad shopper marketing theory and practices; each session or material produced is bespoke and tailored to unique challenges and opportunities

The role:

Whether you’re joining as a Client Associate or Executive, what is for certain is that you’ll get real business exposure and responsibility from day one. You’ll have support from a close-knit team, who’ll be on hand to guide you through the day-to-day agency life. When you join the team, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the immediate team to provide best-in-class client service, building strong relationships with your key contacts and growing their engagement across core service areas
  • Relationship ownership for defined contacts
  • Active delivery of evaluation output including meeting presentation responsibilities
  • Ownership of media buying and management across defined campaigns
  • Helping prepare packs and content for client meetings, ensuring the information is accurate and engaging
  • Developing an understanding of the commercials of the agency and working towards increasing the profit and margins across your client base
  • Supporting the ambitious new business efforts of the agency through the creation of supporting materials for pitch meetings
  • Supporting software development team through regular product testing
  • Offering support to the wider team on ad-hoc requests that help contribute to the success of the agency
  • Contributing towards the organisational projects, helping create a great workplace and supporting the wider business with building an extraordinary environment

  • Bachelor’s degree, 2:1 of higher
  • The ability to build and nurture strong relationships
  • An ambitious nature with a desire to work in a growth focused business
  • Great organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong numeracy and excel skills
  • The ability to work with statistical data and recognise averages and trends
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude in all environments, with a strong will to succeed
  • An efficient and pragmatic approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines with ease
