The Company

My client is a household name in the Data and Marketing SaaS industry, with over 20 years of proven success, delivering time after time for top enterprise and mid-market clients. The Role

They are looking for an experienced Client Partner to work within their existing marketing solutions team, responsible for developing strong relationships with senior external and internal client stakeholders. You will be focusing on delivering business outcomes for their customers through insight driven marketing and media services.

The Client Partner will be a senior member of the account team, viewed as a subject matter expert in client engagements providing digital marketing and data driven targeting expertise.

  • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.
  • Identify and facilitate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability.
  • Communicate customer needs and priorities to business development teams to help ensure product meets customer expectations.

The Candidate

The successful Client Partner will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in customer-facing organizations preferably a MarTech SaaS vendor or MarTech solution.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Must have worked on paid social or social advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience of building trusted advisor status to senior customer contacts.
  • Digital Advertising/Marketing experience.
  • Experience of 3rd party data e.g. segmentations / demographics marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexible during times of change.
  • Team player able to effectively interact with colleagues and business partners across the company.
