Client Success Manager – Vauxhall – £45k + OTE

My client are the leaders in Referral Marketing Technology, working with some of the biggest online brands in Europe – such as Missguided, Ted Baker and Benefit Cosmetics. Founded in 2013, their platform helps online brands to incentivize their existing customer base to encourage friends to use the product, increasing revenue potential. Their SaaS platform also allows clients to track referral behaviour, in order to analyse consumer data, in order to adapt, improve and optimize the programme. As a result of this, they’ve delivered nearly 1 million new customers to their clients since their launch back in 2013.

Due to growth, my client is looking for a Client Success Manger to join the HQ in Vauxhall.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing a Portfolio of Clients.
• Building strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders across the businesses.
• Proactively driving clients to increase new customer acquisition through referral.
• Deriving meaningful insight through robust analysis of client performance.
• Creating new and innovative ways to engage customers.
• Working with other CSMs to share ideas and practice.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in online marketing, ecommerce, SaaS, customer success or related consultancy/agency work.
• Experience building client relationships.
• Organised an able to work under pressure.
• Marketing experience in a client or agency position – ideally in A/B testing, CRO, CRM
• The ability to convey complex information simply and concisely.
