Legal Counsel

One of the hottest Software vendors around right now, currently used by 152,000 customers across over 200 industries in 195 countries! They are HQ’d in NY/Tel Aviv and have added over 500 employees in the last 6 months (!!!!) after a Successful IPO last year, they are showing no signs of slowing down.

They are now looking to hire their first Legal Counsel in the UK to support the sales and procurement teams.

This varied role will include working on commercial agreements including SaaS contracts, NDA’s, vendor contracts, partnership agreements and advising on local employments law issues.

You will need 3-5 years of legal experience as an in house lawyer ideally in a fast growth SaaS business.

Of particular importance is

· Experience with procurement agreements

· Familiarity with privacy aspects

· Some exposure to employment law

· Proven experience with SaaS agreements, reseller and partnership agreements.
