The Company

A rapidly-expanding, growth stage, start-up founded in Paris are looking to add real quality to their Customer Success function in the UK. Recently named as one of the most innovative e-commerce technologies in the world, offering an in-depth look into how consumers are using and engaging with websites and mobile apps.

Through recent expansion, and continual global growth, the company have just moved into new spacious offices in Zone 1. Additionally, their most recent round of funding of over $40m was granted at the beginning of this year and has fueled a new AI-powered solution to add to their portfolio of products, as well as opening brand-new offices in Europe and APAC.

The Role

They are looking for a Customer Success Associate to work within their existing customer success team based in London. You will be focusing on delivering value, establishing relationships, guaranteeing retention and driving adoption through their Digital Marketing SaaS offering.

The Customer Success Associate will ensure that every client derives the most value possible from the platform, whilst building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders resulting in client retention.

  • Ensure the solution’s implementation and adoption with the clients.
  • Identify key users within the business and understand their need around the platform and the data it derives.
  • Engage with clients on the solution, to help their understanding.
  • Co-ordinate actions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keep customers update with different solutions with the company’s portfolio, which may be useful.

The Candidate

The successful Customer Success Associate will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • 1+ years’ experience in customer-facing organizations preferably within MarTech or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong presentational, written and verbal skills.
  • Understanding around the importance of client’s requirements.
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment, working with a number of clients at any one time.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytical tools, A/B testing solutions or data-oriented business.
  • Previous focus around eCommerce businesses or websites/mobile apps.
