The Role

As a Customer Success Director, you will be joining a highly successful team of 3 CSM’s based in London, targeted on growing the Financial Services market. You will be responsible for developing deep, consultative partnerships with mid-market to enterprise clients to help them achieve their business goals and drive significant results in their digital marketing campaigns.

  • Onboard accounts including introduction to the technology, training and process integration.
  • Own the full commercial business case, including up-sell and cross-sells across existing accounts.
  • Build long-term partnerships in order to drive and grow significant ROI for Financial Services clients and to meet and exceed revenue targets for said accounts.
  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs and expectations on an ongoing basis to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The Candidate

The successful Customer Success Director will possess the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in customer-facing organizations preferably a MarTech SaaS vendor.
  • Specialist market knowledge of the Financial Services sector.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell when needed to.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Experience working in a Customer Success team working to a land and expand model.
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexible during times of change.
  • Team player able to effectively interact with colleagues and business partners across the company.
