I’ve partnered up with the hottest HR Tech SaaS startup, they have just received their series C funding (150m) and are valued at unicorn status 1.65bn. Founded in Israel (TLV), they have offices in London, Amsterdam, NYC and just expanded to APAC (they are going global).

Their market-leading product is used by some of the hottest organisations on the planet to streamline their HR processes – Revolut, Monzo, Checkout.com, Fiverr, Monday.com and many more.

The Leadership:

The gentleman you will be reporting to Director of Customer Success is a seasoned CS leader with years behind him working at startups implementing core CS processes. Feedback from candidates after every call they have with him is with flying colours.

Role:

  • Managing a portfolio of 40-60 accounts in the MidMarket Segment
  • Onboarding customers
  • QBR’s
  • Upsell&Crossell
  • Retention
  • Providing an excellent customer journey

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a SaaS company.
