The company:

My client are a legal technology platform in central London that has been designed to work with in0house lawyers and legal teams.

This year they secured a HUGE round of funding, they reached 30 employees & have plans to go global. Next stop: New York.

With a dress down, relaxed culture, this platform are looking to grow out their customer success team and that’s where you come in.

You: Again

  • This role will sit within the Customer Success team and be key in managing projects for their clients to on-board them to the platform.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with in-house legal teams and law firms

“Sounds great, what they want from me?”

  • Managing a number of parallel law firm on-boarding projects
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external resources, both technical and non-technical, right through from initial law firm introduction through to finalisation of the project
  • Set accurate expectations and deliver on or ahead of time
  • Define, test, measure, and optimise all on-boarding processes for scale and growth.
  • Contribute to the constant improvement of on-boarding and project management
