Our FinTech client provide the technology behind foreign exchange, working with challenger banks, neo-banks and other financial institutions across Europe and the US.

To date, they have attracted $50m+ in investment and have grown to over 150 people across 3 international locations since 2012. They’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager to be based in their Liverpool Street offices.

Sitting within the Sales Operations team, the role will encompass supporting post-sales activity relating to customer adoption, optimisation and growth opportunities within accounts.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing a seamless onboarding experience for customers by working closely with the Solutions and New Business teams
  • Work alongside Account Managers with customer renewals and be proactively involved in identifying upsell opportunities
  • Proactively identifying and prioritising resources according to perceived risk, growth, strategic value and renewal timeframe
  • Monitor customer adoption rates providing insights to customers
  • Communicate customer feedback internally to stakeholders internally for marketing, product and other internal teams
  • Work with marketing to ensure client communication is relevant

What you’ll need:

  • 2 years’ experience in Customer Success ideally managing financial institutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in a revenue driven role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter – someone who will go above and beyond expectations
