Built on the world’s richest travel data co-op, my client delivers critical intelligence to activate personalization and relevance throughout the customer journey for sustainable growth. Their clients get a value-based understanding of their relationship with their customers through travel patterns, trends and behaviour from the top travel brands.

Due to rapid and continuous growth, they are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team to join the foundations of the office, working directly alongside the Customer Success Director and the Client Partner.

With offices all over the globe (including Hong Kong, Singapore, Dublin, Chicago, New York and Tokyo – just to name a few!) they have over 200 employees worldwide. They’ve just opened an office in Sweden and are still expanding!

Your Role:

  • Identify opportunities for client retention and growth, maximising up-selling opportunity
  • Have regular contact with clients in your portfolio – be the main Point of Contact for any queries and/or issues
  • Managing the on-boarding process for new clients and manage the full client lifecycle
  • Work alongside the wider team and our partners to deliver value for our customers

About You:

  • Experience in a similar role in a AdTech/ Media or SaaS business
  • Customer centric – must be able to build and maintain long lasting relationships with customers
  • Ambitious, ready for a challenge and looking to grow and develop in a start-up environment
  • They are offering the opportunity to work for a future leader in the space, and to be an influential voice in the business
  • Successful candidates are resourceful self-starters, able to navigate in a dynamic environment, and have exceptional ownership over all aspects of the role
