This is a rare opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team and make a significant contribution to the on-going success and growth in EMEA.
The Role
Due to continued growth a new opening has arisen for a Customer Success Manager (Project Manager) with good project management experience to join the growing team. Responsibilities will include:
- Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders at key customers
- Project management including solution deployment, solution customisation & enhancement
- Value management: consulting customers on establishing and maintaining value from the solution
- Business Analysis: support the development of customer reporting & analysis
- Become an internal expert on the Customer Experience Management product
The Candidate
The successful Customer Success Manager/Project Manager will possess the following skills and experience:
- Account management, client management, consulting, project management or business analysis experience in one the following areas preferred: Customer Experience Management (CEM/CXM); Enterprise Feedback Management; Voice of the Customer (VOC); Net Promoter Score (NPS); Market Research; Customer Insight
- Previous experience working with global customers and a good appreciation of the complexities of large organisations preferred, in particular telco or financial services businesses
- An understanding of SaaS methodologies and customer success/client success teams would be beneficial but not essential
- Shows potential to consult and engage with large enterprise customers
- Highly organised individual with strong time management skills
