The gentleman you will be reporting to Director of Customer Success is a seasoned CS leader with years behind him working at startups implementing core CS processes. Feedback from candidates after every call they have with him is with flying colours.

Role:

  • Managing a portfolio of 40-60 accounts in the MidMarket Segment
  • Onboarding customers
  • QBR’s
  • Upsell&Crossell
  • Retention
  • Providing an excellent customer journey

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a SaaS company.
