The Role

I’m looking for a Customer Success Manager that will be working alongside the Head of Customer Success and the professional services team to deliver an unmatched customer experience. You’ll be working with some of the most exciting, global scale-up, mid-market and enterprise companies and will be responsible for helping them to use their data to drive the important strategic decisions.


  • Experience and successful track record as a CSM
  • Forward-thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Previous experience/knowledge of working with data and an understanding of data analytics
  • Driven and thrive under a challenge
