The Organisation

I am currently working with an amazing AI Threat Control Platform Vendor Start Up, that is embarking on a serious period of growth having just announced Seed funding of $4million!

Since being founded in 2018, they have gone from strength to strength and managed to grow their rev 3x year on year, and there is no sign of this slowing down!

They are currently being backed by some of the leading software VC’s and have strong plans to build out a seriously impressive commercial function.

The Founder

The Founder is no stranger to the Start Up world having already had one organisation acquired by one of the leading vendors in the Cyber Threat space back in 2018! After the sale, he wanted to jump straight back into the driver’s seat and set up this organisation and has serious plans for the business.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join the well-funded, fast-growing tech start up and play an instrumental role in developing scalable customer success processes from the ground up. As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively across functions reporting to a Director of Customer Success. You will be able to provide insights on client interactions, improve customer experience through product support and handle customer complaints and requests. Like with most start ups, this position comes with rapid progression!
