The Role:

We are looking for a Customer Success Team Leader who will deliver maximum value through regular contact with clients and manage a team of 8 Customer Success Managers

  • You will be responsible for delivering excellent service to clients by building and maintaining relationships
  • Your role will include managing the product build process with new clients
  • Ensuring all existing clients are made aware of any updates on the platform and product
  • Keeping the clients as well informed as possible
  • Represent the company at networking events
  • You will be involved in negotiations regarding renewal pricing
  • Manage the renewals process

Your Profile:

  • Experience in a client success/customer success or B2B account manager role with a focus on building on existing relationships
  • Proven mangerial experience
  • The ability to understand customer requirements and then continue to guide them through the plan to increase/retain business
  • Have a mindset which focuses on consistent engagement
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to understand basic technical concepts
  • Any L+D experience would be beneficial!
