The Company

A rapidly-expanding, growth stage, start-up founded in Paris are looking to add real quality to their Customer Success function in the UK. Recently named as one of the most innovative e-commerce technologies in the world, offering an in-depth look into how consumers are using and engaging with websites and mobile apps.

Through recent expansion, and continual global growth, the company have just moved into new spacious offices in Zone 1. Additionally, their most recent round of funding of over $40m was granted at the beginning of this year and has fueled a new AI-powered solution to add to their portfolio of products, as well as opening brand-new offices in Europe and APAC.

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to work within their existing customer success team based in London. You will be focusing on delivering value, establishing relationships, guaranteeing retention and driving adoption through their Digital Marketing SaaS offering.

The Customer Success Manager will ensure that every client derives the most value possible from the platform, whilst building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders resulting in client retention.

  • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.
  • Identify and facilitate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability.
  • Communicate customer needs and priorities to business development teams to help ensure product meets customer expectations.

The Candidate

The successful Customer Success Manager will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in customer-facing organisations preferably a MarTech SaaS vendor.
  • Potentially could come from an ‘Insights’ background, working with data analytics SaaS platforms regularly.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexible during times of change.
  • Team player able to effectively interact with colleagues and business partners across the company.
