The Company:

This is an exciting SaaS-based personalization platform used by the world’s biggest and most popular retailers and brands! This platform allows some of the top e-commerce sites to leverage online and offline data to increase customer engagement.

The Role:

They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join this exciting company! As Customer Success Manager, you will be a trusted advisor for their enterprise clients which will include providing guidance where needed. This is a post-sales relationship management role as your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop client relationships – nurture and monitor the effective communication with both clients and the internal departments
  • Provide training sessions on the platform
  • You will be responsible for the creation and completion of action plans which tracks the client’s activities
  • Renew current business
  • Support post-sales activities as well as acquire new executive sponsorships

Your Profile:

  • Experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services role within an eCommerce, Marketing Technology, SaaS business
  • Have a creative flare and be open minded
  • Have great communication skills
  • Display active listening skills
  • Enjoy building relationships with strategic customers
