Customer Success Manager

Founded in 2014, our highly successful RegTech client have grown to over 150 people in London, New York and Singapore. Having just secured £30m in Series B funding, they’re looking to grow out their existing Customer Success team in London.

Their software prevents money laundering with a range of solutions targeting the financial services sector across Banking, Payments, Lending, Insurance, Cryptocurrency and Gaming.

The role of Customer Success Manager is critical to this business for client retention. The role spans across the entire company, working with every department.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding clients
• Provide proactive support to our clients
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at clients (e.g. banks, FinTechs, insurance companies, etc.)
• Drive cross-sell and upsell in conjunction with the sales/account management team
• Play a primary role in shaping the product roadmap based on customer feedback
• Support/drive new feature roll outs, including formal and informal training of customers and the internal sales/marketing teams, drafting client communications, etc.
• Work with marketing to create collateral/content

What they’re looking for:

• 3 years sales, customer success, account management experience within saas
• A true passion for customers
• Strong team spirit and able to coordinate across teams and build consensus
• Good understanding of technology and familiarity with concepts such as APIs, cloud solutions a benefit
