With a market leading product that has won industry awards, and Enterprise e-Commerce clients, my client are looking for a customer success manager to spearhead their European growth.

The role

My client is looking for a top performing customer Success Manager who will spearhead the EMEA growth, is genuinely invested in adding value to their customers and go beyond retention, or pure cross sell and up sell. Embrace and understand the product in as much of a technical capacity to go that extra mile.

• Nurture, expand key relationships and be accountable for your portfolio and associated revenue numbers
• Help top e-commerce businesses boost their performance and be a trusted advisor.
• Proactively grow your portfolio through identifying and pursuing cross-sell & up-sell opportunities
• Act as a strategic partner to understand the objectives and needs of customers and then develop solutions through the company’s offerings
• Deliver first class customer experience from point of handover, problem solving and delivery.
• Create and develop long term relationships with up to a portfolio of 50 small to medium-sized customers.
• Understand and articulate the pain points of your accounts in order to support them on the customer journey.
• Create Growth Plans for accounts, identifying and closing growth opportunities for them.

The ideal candidate

• 3-5 year’s experience full ownership in a customer success capacity
• Knowledge of e-commerce, marketing and the current trends within that industry.
• Basic understanding of technology and marketing cloud products.
• Experience of leading teams or projects as you will hit the ground running.
