Customer Success Manager – AI Computer Vision Platform

The Company

This UK founded AI vision platform recently secured a significant seed round investment from a leading VC to join their exciting portfolio of high-growth technology organisations. Their SaaS platform is used by a growing list of over 100 customers across multiple industries including healthcare, life sciences, automotive, manufacturing and financial services.

The Role

Joining the team at an early stage and working closely with the founders and leadership, this role offers an excellent opportunity for personal development and career progression in a fast-paced start-up environment. The Customer Success Manager is an integral role to the organisation where responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for a varied and large portfolio of customers (30+), ensuring that each customer is gaining maximum value from the platform
  • Influence future lifetime value through increased product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores
  • Relationship management: oversee the relationship and create trust with key customer stakeholders through providing strategic value-add solutions
  • Review meetings, creating roadmaps and strategy review
  • Identify ways to improve services and feedback product suggestions internally

About You

The Customer Success Manager will have aspirations to join an early-stage organisation and your experience will most likely include the following:

  • Previous experience in a customer success (or equivalent) role ideally in a SaaS environment
  • An interest in or curiosity for AI & ML concepts, technically minded with a desire to work with a technical product
  • Passionate about customer success: strategic & analytical whilst being customer-centric in everything you do
  • An effective team-player: you can implement new ideas and gain buy-in from your colleagues across the business
  • Energetic and highly-motivated personality that will thrive in a dynamic tech start-up environment
  • Degree educated from a recognised university
