The Company

A FinTech SaaS platform who are reinventing and disrupting the complex commercial insurance market thanks to their digital transformation insurance platform. Founded in the UK with excellent financial backing and at a pivotal early stage in their growth, the organisation has ambitious plans to scale the team, driven by continued success in new customer growth and high levels of interest in their solution.

The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team as a Customer Success Manager. A key role in their client team, the CSM will work closely with new customers to enable them with the successful adoption of the platform:

  • Build and maintain great relationships with customers in order to understand (or pre-empt) their needs and challenges in order to provide strategic value-add solutions
  • Influence future lifetime value through increased product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores
  • Consult with customers to define implementation plans, working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholder to define requirements
  • Partner will different teams (Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal,) to ensure an excellent customer experience and, where appropriate, add value in supporting business development and sales opportunities

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer success or client success role with some knowledge of the speciality insurance industry (Lloyd’s market), most likely having worked within a fintech, regtech or consulting environment
  • Your previous experience has given you a good understanding of how technology can be used to solve problems and create value within commercial insurance
  • An excellent communicator who naturally builds long-term relationships with stakeholders at all different levels
  • Passionate about customer success: strategic & analytical whilst being customer-centric in everything you do
  • A desire to join an early stage FinTech start-up in a role with an opportunity for significant personal growth and career development
