The Role

Due to the heavy investment received, and the encouraging vision for the company within the UK market, a push within the client services team is required, opening up a Customer Success Strategist role, tasked to inject deep product and market knowledge to maximize the customers use of the platform.

The successful Customer Success Strategist is set to become an expert in a core set of the company’s solutions and to present the value proposition and benefits of their solutions to their partners, prospects and customers.

  • Partner with large brands on their digital marketing and data analytics requirements.
  • Understanding the value of data and relay that to the client.
  • Lead and present long-term digital marketing strategies for new and existing customers.
  • Work with account team on product adoption and revenue optimization.
  • Run data campaigns, whilst creating business strategies that drive data adoption.
  • Identify gaps in clients current digital marketing strategies and present strong, reputable suggestions to increase customer engagement.

The Candidate

The successful Customer Success Strategist will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Digital marketing background with broad knowledge across the channels and an understanding of the landscape
  • Ideally coming from an agency/consultancy background
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to persuade and confidently handle objections and resolve customer issues
  • Ideally German or Spanish speaking
  • Experience working with similar solutions
  • Highly analytical
  • Proficient in MS office and Google products
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to work to manage multiple deadlines and multi-task
  • Experience with other marketing tools like Adwords, Webmaster , Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding of 1 or more marketing skill like: SEO, SEM, Social marketing, media buying, content strategy
