Executive Account Manager

My client are a content optimization platform which uses AI technology to monitor real time data and help brands deliver more relevant customer experiences across all channels. They work with global brands across Retail, Telecoms and Insurance, including O2, AXA, Aviva and GSK.

Due to recent funding and organic growth, my client is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to work alongside the CEO in their London office.

Your role:

• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current brands and partners.
• Have regular contact with customers, working closely with them to optimize the platform.
• Drive up-sell opportunities and maintain a strong retention rate.
• Support Product Manager to convert customer requirements into product features/offerings.

Your background:

• Minimum 2 years in an Account Management/Customer Success role within a SaaS company (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE)
• Consultative approach, with a customer first mentality.
• Experience working in SaaS (Martech preferred).
• Collaborative, but also able to work autonomously.
