My client are a disruptive tech start up who is revolutionising the booking industry; They are looking for a hands on Global CX manager to run their customer service division. This is a great opportunity to oversee a thriving department and play an important part with the direction and growth of the department.
You will oversee a growing team of 13 and be responsible for implementing policies and processes; This is a line manager role but you will be equally hands on and be a vocal point for over 150million customers worldwide. You will control the department and be responsible for making sure everything is in order. You will introduce new training models and more.
To be considered for this role you must have experience running a Customer Support Team; you will ideally have marketplace experience and have created customer support strategies. You will also have experience with Zendesk
