The Role:

Thanks to continued growth and success, a new opening has arisen for a manager to lead the UK account management/relationship management team from their London head office. The account management team are commercially driven with primary responsibility for maximising customer revenues through up-sell and cross-sell.

Responsible for leading a growing team, key tasks will include:

  • Track and be accountable for overall UK customer base and associated revenue numbers
  • Coach, support and train your team in relationship management and sales methodologies
  • Work with your team to identify and develop opportunities to grow monthly recurring revenue
  • Inspire, lead and create a positive and high performance culture and commercial environment
  • Own your teams metrics & performance, ensuring accurate data is recorded on Salesforce and report upwards as appropriate
  • Recruit and build an awesome team of account managers

Your Profile:

  • The successful Manager of Account Management will naturally have a proven aptitude for relationship management and high performance cultures and will most likely bring the following skills/experience:
  • Proven experience leading a team of account managers, relationship managers, customer success managers or client success (with a commercial focus on up-sell)
  • Experience working for a SaaS business or technology organisation with a customer base of SMB/SME & mid-market customers would be beneficial
  • You are an advocate for numbers and metrics in managing your team and can intelligently identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to inspire trust and confidence in order to coach and develop your team
  • Prepared to go the extra mile and get the job done
