They are now a global business with offices in the UK, the USA and Australia. They provide the technology that unlocks the value of accounting data and enables the bookkeeping process. They use a unique AI and automation technology which is used by over 5000 account and bookkeeping firms.

The Role:

As the sales team grows, they need to ensure their partners and clients are happy thus they are looking for a new Partner Success Consultant which will sit within the Account Management team. Your main focus will be to maintain continued success of existing partners and to retain as many customers as possible across the EMEA region. Your role will cover the following;

Partner Success/Retention

  • determine which partners are at risk of churn and develop a strategic process to target them based on their specific requirements
  • Actively target partners who are high risk of churn and ensure churn prevention
  • Build on existing relationships to prevent churn

Shaping the Team

  • Ensuring ongoing partner success by experimenting with new techniques
  • Redefine internal processes that change and scale as the team grows

Partner Feedback and Re-engagement

  • Continued reporting of partners progress to ensure churn prevention
  • Gather and collate feedback from churned partners in order to address key issues within your specific region
