I have an new and exciting position at one of our clients, which is long-standing reputable global payments acquirer. We’re searching for a Sales Support Manager to be responsible for working with a wide variety of customers, supporting both internal and external topics, and working closely with them within the sales process. There are currently more than 1,500 employees working for our customer in Europe in the aforementioned branches.

* Support sales and sales management in all administrative and operational matters.
* Coordinating and completing all day-to-day support and processing activities in contract and contract administration in collaboration with other internal departments.
* Support sales in customer communications and throughout the go-live process.
* Check and process customer master data in the CRM system (SalesForce).
* Leading and monitoring the processes for handling sales commissions.
* The accompaniment of the essay of new distribution partners and take over tasks in the current administration of sales partners.

* You have completed a commercial education, ideally as an insurance, banking or finance clerk and / or a university degree or proof of similar qualifications.
* Ideally, you already have some initial work experience in a comparable job, ideally in the financial services sector.
* You have fluent English and German proficiency in Word and writing.
* You have a very good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially in Excel / PowerPoint) and CRM systems (ideally SalesForce).
