We are looking for a highly organised and confident Sales Support professional to join a growing sales team based in London for a fast growing FinTech business. The role will involve working alongside the Sales Director/Country Manager and sales members based in their new offices in Piccadilly.

The company were founded in 2000 in Greece and have since grown to over 150 people. Last year, they received 15m euros in funding for their international expansion. They specialise in the payments industry providing payment terminals to merchants, shops and retailers both online and offline to process payments.

The London office opened in 2016 and is rapidly growing. With this growth has come the opportunity for an organised administrator to join the team.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Qualifying inbound sales queries
  • General administrative tasks to support the sales team
  • Providing quotes
  • Booking sales meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain customer records in the CRM system and pull reports for weekly sales meetings
  • Providing reporting to the Country Manager on sales pipelines

Your profile:

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Experience of handling data or using spreadsheets
  • Great communication skills to liaise with other departments
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and dealing with customer enquiries
  • A positive attitude and flexibility in your approach to work
