A world-leader in Adaptive Behavioural Analytics (Machine Learning Software) is looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to be part of their Commercial Team in London.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Salesforce, Pardot and Service Cloud etc.

Your responsibilities

  • Improve user experience, solve technical issues, invent creative solutions, ensure data cleanliness and data accuracy across the Salesforce.com instance
  • Design, develop, test, release, and maintain complex workflows rules, validation rules, formulas, custom workflow, process builder, page layouts, custom fields/objects, and other Salesforce.com customisation
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customisations that meet business requirements
  • Provide training and maintain documentation across all Salesforce instances.
  • Assist Commercial Management, Marketing and Support with ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Work across the business to identify, document and communicate business processes as they relate to Salesforce.com

Your experience

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service, Communities and Marketing products
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills
