HCM SaaS Solution – Senior Account Manager

A well funded, VC backed, HCM SaaS company is expanding their Account Management function looking for an experienced, commercially driven Senior Account Manager to join their UK Team.

This role will have a focus on driving growth and expansion, with Account Managers responsible for cross selling and upselling additional products from their fully integrated product suite as well as help existing accounts move over to their SaaS offering.

Relatively new to the UK Market and going from strength to strength, the team works closely alongside the Sales and Customer Success teams and look after new and existing customers across a range of verticals (particularly strong in the retail sector). You’ll also be responsible for;

  • Managing a portfolio of c35 – 40 customers varying in size, vertical and territory Delivering against sales revenue targets
  • Developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Building long term, strategic client relationships and acting as a main point of contact for all account management matters
  • Delop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Transforming on premise customers to their newer cloud product suite and the associated contract negotiation
  • Rapidly expanding business with a fresh, high performing UK team, impressive leadership level and lots of room for progression and development

Home based contracts are available with visits to their brand new London offices as required.
