Senior Partnerships Manager

Greater London Permanent / perm £60000.00 - £70000.00 per annum

We are looking for a high-performing Partnership Manager to help our client accelerate their indirect customer acquisition internationally. This business is the brain child of former founders of a merchant-side app who identified revenue loss from fraudulent payments resulting in lost revenue. Subsequently, they launched their own innovative technology to combat this and have grown with funding to who they are today.

Collaborating with other teams to develop the partnerships including marketing and sales, you will be responsible for maximising the sales team potential and executing sales plans to support the achievements of the business growth objectives. This role will report to the VP of Sales as part of the Sales team.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing new and existing partners with enterprise level e-commerce merchants in defined verticals
  • Win new sales and solution partners and develop them over the long term
  • Maintain your existing partner network and build it purposefully by gaining new partnerships,
  • Determine the strategic alignment in partner management and implement it successfully,
  • Live your active partnerships and ensure the satisfaction of our partners through engagement and collaboration with internal teams
  • Analyse the movements of our competitors and assess their relevance to their own mission
  • Capture and present merchant requirements in product enhancement and development in order to stay ahead of the relevance curve
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align marketing and sales efforts
  • Develop joint sales/marketing plans, lead analysis and communicate results and channel recommendations

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of sales experience to e-commerce enterprise level merchants
  • Ability to demonstrate sales success through winning deals and a structured approach to pipeline growth
  • Understanding of the complexities and ability to navigate a solution-focused partnership agreement to large organisations
  • Dynamic and engaging written and oral communication
  • High attention to detail with the ability to simultaneously manage competing priorities
  • Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functionally; experience coordinating and leading executive level sales meetings
