Founded in a pub in London, this Marketing Automation Engagement Cloud now have over 350 staff across the globe, with offices in the UK, USA, Australia and South Africa!

Due to rapid and continuous growth, they are opening a brand new office in The Netherlands, and are looking for a Strategic Account Director to join the foundations of the office, working directly alongside the Director of EMEA. This person is integral to the growth of the business, and will eventually have the opportunity to build out their own team.

Your Role:

  • Identify opportunities for client retention and growth, maximising up-selling opportunity.
  • Have regular contact with clients in your portfolio – be the main Point of Contact for any queries and/or issues.
  • Managing the on-boarding process for new clients, and manage the full client lifecycle.
  • Work alongside the wider team and our partners to deliver value for our customers.

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience in a similar role in a SaaS business (ideally an ESP, CRM or Marketing Solution).
  • Customer centric – must be able to build and maintain long lasting relationships with customers.
  • Experience managing accounts throughout the full life cycle.
  • Ambitious, ready for a challenge and looking to grow and develop in a start-up environment.
