In this position you are responsible for the technical advice and support to customers. Moreover you act as the competent point of contact between the customer, sales, the IT & software engineering teams

Core responsibilities

• You will lead the technical accessibility support with in international mobile payment projects
• You will assist and provide support to the sales team in the bidding phase of winning new customers
• You will take care of configuration and customisation of technical systems
• With passion, you drive technical developments according to customer requirements and work in harmony with the IT & Software Engineering, and product management teams
• You have an excellent overview of the business, monitor the market and analyse trends

Required skills

• A completed education or training in IT (computer science, computer engineering or industrial engineering)
• At least 2/3 year of professional experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of SQL (Oracle Database) is an advantage
• You are an excellent communicator and a great team player
• Solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Service-oriented personality
• You have a high level of commitment, hungry to win, and always looking to overachieve
• Excellent command of English language; German is a “nice to have”
