Business Development and Partnerships Manager – UK&I

A global, digital business has an opportunity for a Partnerships Manager to join their tight knit London Team. You’ll need to be creative, strategic and be able to identify and onboard mutually beneficial commercial and brand partnerships with the ultimate goal of growing customer acquisition volumes.
A key role for the UK branch of the business, you’ll work closely with the Online Acquisition Manager as well as global counterparts across the US and Australia. Initially you’ll be focused on creating and managing meaningful partnerships across UK&I, but with incredible room for growth and development and a supportive environment – your role could quickly encompass EMEA in this ever growing business.

Main responsibilities;

  • Form working relationships with leading consumer brands in the media, eCommerce, hospitality sector, always researching new brand opportunities
  • Identify and lead on the development of new revenue streams, you’ll need to be strategically minded with the strong new business skills to see partnerships through end to end (including development of proposals, pitching and onboarding; finding, winning and signing deals with brand partners)
  • Report on Partnerships ROI on a regular basis at various levels across the organisation and share key learnings with the global team.

The right Business Development and Partnerships Manager will;

  • Be able to work autonomously in a small, senior team (culture fit is key, as is the ability to share ideas and develop ideas in a creative environment)
  • Have experience managing a partnership deal from start to finish
  • Possess a deep knowledge of how to work with brands to deliver successful, mutually beneficial partnerships – both short and long term.
  • Have knowledge and understanding of B2C customer acquisition in an eCommerce environment

A University Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline would be highly beneficial.
