New Business Manager – High Growth, Global, Digital Business

Greater London Permanent £50000.00 - £60000.00 per annum + OTE and benefits

A high growth, digital media focused, online business has a new opportunity for a strong New Business Manager to join their successful Sales Team.

Reporting into the CRO, you’ll need to be a high achieving, self starter with demonstrable experience of hunting and prospecting new customers across a range of verticals in small, medium and enterprise size businesses.

You’ll be responsible for creating new strategic pipeline, building key relationships with target customers at Senior Level and driving the continued success and growth of this impressive business.

Outside of 3 years demonstrable experience in a New Business Development capacity, it will be very important that you understand you will be joining a tight-knit, energetic, passionate team with a real focus on positive company culture. Senior Management are out on the Sales floor, leading from the front promoting a collaborative working environment and culture of shared success (most often in jeans and t-shirts, don’t be alarmed!). You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Marketing Teams, Directors and Account Executives and must possess strong interpersonal communication skills to mentor and inspire your colleagues.

To join this creative, entrepreneurial and dynamic company as a New Business Development Manager you will need;

  • Experience of end to end sales, from prospecting to lead generation to close (and be motivated by not only your own success, but the success of your team and the company as a whole)
  • In depth understanding and experience of subscription model sales
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills and a real consultative approach to selling
  • Demonstrable track record of hitting and overachieving revenue targets, with a focus on New Business
  • Ability to identify and manage both a short term and long term strategy with disciplined approach to sales management processes
  • The confidence to initiate and cultivate relationships with leading, large scale brands across a variety of sectors
  • A genuine interest and experience in Digital Media and Marketing
