Salts client is one of the leading providers within the Data Privacy space. HQ’d out of Germany they are now spearheading their UK expansion with an impressive growth plan for the Sales Division.

Data Privacy is a fantastic space to get into with a lot of growth and market potential – Currently, only 33% of businesses are governed by the Data Privacy Regulation, this is expected to rise to 77% by 2024 – what does this mean? Globally.. businesses will need a solution that processes these requirements – that is what my client’s product offers.

The client recently secured 20mil in Series A funding and Series B won’t be far behind… And it will be HUGE.

The Leadership

This position will report directly to the newly appointed Sales Director, whose task is to steer this powerful sales force into the machine ready to take this market by storm. He comes with a very impressive background in building and developing large sales teams and putting together impressive go-to-market strategies.

This team will also be heavily influenced by the CRO whose background speaks for itself. With a background in taking business through to acquisition with the likes of Google and Microsoft, he really knows an opportunity when it is presented to him.

The Role and Opportunity

This opportunity comes at a very important period of growth for my client as they are currently looking to expand their UK team to dominate the market. They are looking for experienced AE’s to join the team that love the thought of building something and knuckling down to push the growth of the organisation.
