Greater London Permanent £35000.00 - £45000.00 per annum + OTE

An outstanding opportunity for an Account Executive to join an early-stage PropTech start-up based in Southbank WeWork offices. Backed by financial services heavy weights Experian and Direct Line, this innovative business is looking to shake up the residential lettings industry by dramatically reducing time for tenants to be referenced; from sometimes weeks to just 60 seconds!

Their industry changing technology allows tenants to:

  • Be referenced in just 60 seconds via the app
  • Build up a credit score through tracking rental payments (powered by Experian)
  • Allows tenants to rent without a deposit
  • Be given a ‘Trust Score’ – tenants can be rewarded for paying rental bills on time and taking care of the Landlord’s property
  • As an Account Executive, the successful candidate’s main objective will be winning new business, partnering and on-boarding estate agencies, build to rent and PRS sectors.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to bring on new business
    • Active outreach and new business development targeting PRS schemes, developers, estate agencies and build to rent organisations
    • Proactively networking within the property world including attending industry events, utilising LinkedIn and existing networks
    • Proactively calling and setting up meetings to pitch the solution
    • Providing demos to clients either in person or online via video conferencing across the UK
    • Negotiating contracts
    • On-boarding new businesses then passing over to the Customer Service team

    Requirements:

    • 3+ year’s experience in sales and selling to the residential lettings industry
    • Experience within estate agency or sales and lettings advantageous
    • Experiencing negotiating and closing deals
    • Confidence and experience demonstrating software solutions
