I’m looking for someone that either knows a bit about the construction sector or is looking to enter this vertical and get to know everything about it and the exciting digital transformation that is changing the way building projects are managed and delivered.
Working with your Sales Development Rep you will be targeting named accounts where each building project is an opportunity to sell – so if you sell to 1 Property Development company – the software is sold to go with each individual development – “land and expand”
To be successful in this role you will need the new business mentality to win the initial client + then the tenacity to keep uncovering new opportunities with them. So this is both a new business role + an account management role.
The company is at Series A funding with a fun and rewarding culture – they have plans to grow X3 this year and this will create added career opportunities.
Your background will include working in a start up or scale up and ideally have exposure to Construction by either selling to or previously worked within.
The most important thing is a minimum of 5 years successful sales experience within the SaaS sector where you can demonstrate your success against ARR targets.
