Account Executive (DACH)

Greater London Permanent £40000.00 - £60000 per annum + OTE

After receiving £15m in Series B funding, my client is expanding massively and have set up shop in the tech hub of Berlin. Looking to grow from 4 – 15 in 2020, they are looking for ambitious sales professionals to join this equally ambitious SaaS company.

Their SaaS platform allows retailers to increase conversions and sales on the website, while giving customers an overall better buying experience when shopping online. Their platform is truly revolutionary, and used by the likes of Amazon, Nikon and L’Oreal.

They are looking for successful sales guys (and gals!) to join their team and help propel their growth. (PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST BE FLUENT IN GERMAN TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE)

THE ROLE

As an Account Executive you will be:

  • Win and close new business opportunities across the DACH region, selling to large online retailers.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the needs of potential new customers and advise them with regard to the individual added value of the platform.
  • Work hard as an individual and as part of the team to hit and exceed sales quotas.
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships and maintain them strategically (also post-sales) together with the Customer Success Team.

YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Completed degree (Bachelor or Master, preferably in business / economics / business or other relevant field).
  • Min. 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in customer-oriented roles (e.g. in consulting, business development, sales, account management, customer success, project management).
  • Experience in SaaS, software, MarTech, FinTech or startup environment, an agency or consulting is a plus.
  • FLUENCY IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH
  • Confident pitching and selling to C level executives.
  • “Hunter” mentality with strong business acumen for growing new customer business.
