Greater London Permanent £30000.00 - £35000.00 per annum + + £15,000 OTE - uncapped

A leading, London based online SaaS platform are looking for a Account Manager to join their growing commercial team.

The business is a market leading online booking platform and they are growing rapidly in all departments, this role is to work with their key clients to develop, train and consult to make sure they are making the most out of the award winning platform.

The Role

  • To be the point of contact for clients/Merchants across all AM functions.
  • Helping your assigned clients by on-boarding them to the platform and getting them up to speed.
  • Strong analytical skills, working with reports on the to expand the clients revenue.
  • Meet key performance indicators around online bookings ratios, usage, retention, conversions and churn
  • Strong communication and problem solving to find swift resolutions for any issues that may occur.
  • Identify up-sell and cross sell opportunities and collaborate with sales to add additional value for merchants

The Candidate

  • 2-3 years of account management experience within SaaS/Marketplace or booking platform.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Very customer orientated.
  • Strong at building rapport
  • Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast paced working environment
  • Experience within an online marketplace would be beneficial.
  • Ideally a keen interest in health and wellness

The position offers a salary up to £35k + £15k OTE – uncapped + lots of company benefits
