The Company

An exciting global business with multi-product advertising and marketing technology solutions. The organisation has been in rapid growth mode since inception and continues to grow from strength to strength in the DACH region.

The Role

Based in Berlin, the AdTech Sales Lead is a newly created role joining the team at an exciting new stage in their growth. The primary responsibility will be all advertising solution revenues across the DACH region with brands, partners & media agencies.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Play an active role as the DACH lead providing expertise for all digital engagements in programmatic
  • Ensuring that revenue targets are met and over-achieved
  • Build relationships with agency buyers offering expert audience advice and strategic solutions
  • Work closely with the wider sales organisation to deliver training programs focused on programmatic solutions
  • Be an expert in developments in the market

Your Profile

The successful Programmatic/AdTech Sales Lead will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Experience achieving revenue targets in programmatic/advertising technology sales, most likely working with media agencies
  • Proven knowledge of the programmatic industry, how data influences supply & demand side and key players in the industry
  • You know the agency landscape and how they operate very well
  • Previous roles may include: Enterprise Sales, Sales Manager, Senior Sales, Account Executive, Account Director or Agency Sales
  • You are excited by the opportunity to join an ambitious regional office as part of a global organisation
  • Fluency in German & English essential
