Our client, a Cloud-based SaaS platform start-up are rapidly expanding across the UK, and looking for an Account Executives to grow their team in Brighton!

They are one of the fastest growing global SaaS platforms in their industry, and backed by 5 of the largest investors in the US including Arbor Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners.

The role
This start up are looking for someone who can manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing. A passionate AE to sell into their SMB and Mid-market customers across the UK. The firm have been rapidly growing across both the UK and North America, you will be hungry to thrive in this agile, exciting and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business
  • Achievement of monthly/ quarterly/annual new business targets
  • Target new SMB prospects across the US
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations
  • Articulate HCM software’s value proposition to senior business leaders based
  • Proven experience of accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
  • Adaptability to new initiatives

You

  • 3+ years closing sales experience, and exceeding targets
  • 2 years software (SaaS) sales experience
  • Hunter sales person, self motivated to succeed and win new business
  • HCM sales experience is a MUST
