A FinTech global payments platform are seeking experienced and empowered Business Development Managers to join their team in outstanding offices in the City. Expect a vibrant culture, uncapped commission and fantastic career development opportunities.

The role involves identifying and developing opportunities to integrate foreign exchange technology by selling into Fintech, Challenger Banks and European Private Banks. We are looking for a self-starter who can integrate with a fantastic team to define, shape and own their target market.

Starting out in 2012, our client has grown to 150 people with global expansion to New York and European growth on the horizon for 2019.

Their innovation has attracted $61m in investment from big venture capital firms and they’ve also picked up a number of awards and shortlists over the years, including Best Company to Work for in 2017.


  • Own and manage the sales process from opportunity creation to close
  • Handle and close qualified leads created by SDR
  • Work closely with marketing team to shape your own strategy to business development
  • Develop intimate knowledge of payments solution to demonstrate to clients and communicate USPs
  • Work with implementation team to on-board new customers
  • Manage and report against pipeline and targets through Salesforce


  • 5 years + experience in selling complex solutions into Fintech, Challenger Banks or Private Banks.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in new business environments
  • Outstanding verbal / written communication and pitching skills to navigate nuanced proposition
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating / closing complex and high-value deals
  • A disciplined, consultative approach to selling value
  • A strong existing network with a natural aptitude for building relationships
  • Language skills strongly desired
